The Director’s Chair blog is being transformed into a new online professional learning community (e-PLC) called the Leadership Lagoon. This new community will be a site for superintendents and principals to go to view videos, information, blogs, and participate in tools in a self paced modular environment to help all leaders in North Carolina improve their capacity to be e-learning leaders for the 21st Century. Send emails to bsetser@dpi.state.nc.us and you'll be sent a password to log into the Leadership Lagoon to learn at your own pace.
