As a student, I’ve always been driven by a thirst for knowledge and a determination to seize every opportunity that comes my way. I believe in hard work and dedication as the keys to success. My journey as a student has been shaped by various experiences, both inside and outside the classroom. I’ve encountered challenges that have tested my resilience and moments of triumph that have fueled my ambition.

Online Experience
I chose NCVPS to accelerate my education and graduate early. Its flexible online platform allows me to tailor my learning experience, manage my schedule efficiently, and pursue a diverse range of courses not available at my local school.
I’ve taken a variety of courses through NCVPS, including Visual Arts, Creative Writing, Chinese (levels one and two), Economics and Personal Finance, and Anatomy and Physiology. Each course has provided me with unique insights and skills that have enriched my academic profile.
Taking online courses through NCVPS has significantly advanced and changed my education in several ways. Firstly, it has allowed me to tailor my learning experience to suit my individual needs and preferences. The flexibility of online learning has enabled me to manage my time more effectively and take control of my education. Additionally, NCVPS courses have exposed me to diverse perspectives and teaching styles, broadening my intellectual horizons.
I would advise other online learners to have a proactive, orderly, and disciplined approach to their study. Make a location only for studying, decide on specific objectives, and develop a schedule that suits you. Never be afraid to ask your classmates or teachers for help or explanation when you need it. Finally, take use of the chances that online education presents for independent study and personal development. Any online learning environment may be successful for you if you are persistent and determined. Additionally, completing tasks ahead of schedule – I advise doing tasks ahead of schedule whenever it is feasible. Although procrastination might be alluring, planning ahead guarantees you’ll have enough time for modifications and helps you avoid stress at the last minute. This method encourages initiative and creates the conditions for ongoing success in online learning
Life Outside of School
In my free time I enjoy watching k-dramas, reading, sleeping, sewing, crafting, writing, singing, and dancing.
My favorite books: Such a Wicked Intent, The Book Thief, Betrothed, and To Kill a Mockingbird.
I possess a keen interest in languages and immersed myself by watching a 75-episode Chinese drama without subtitles. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience that enhanced my Mandarin comprehension skills and cultural understanding.
I could not live without my bed.
Goals & Future Plans
This semester, my goal is to excel academically by earning A’s in all my classes and establishing a book club. To achieve this, I’ve been diligently attending classes, actively participating in discussions, and dedicating time each day to study and complete assignments. Additionally, I’ve reached out to fellow students to gauge interest in starting a book club, and I’ve begun planning its structure and activities.
My long-term goal is to become a cardiothoracic surgeon. To achieve this, I plan to pursue higher education by attending university after high school and then medical school. During my undergraduate years, I will focus on pre-med courses and gain relevant experience through internships and volunteer work in healthcare settings. After completing medical school, I will undergo specialized training and residencies to specialize in cardiothoracic surgery. It’s a rigorous path, but I’m committed to putting in the hard work and dedication necessary to achieve my dream career.

I come from a close-knit family that values education and personal growth, which has greatly influenced my own aspirations and drive for success. Traveling is one of my passions, allowing me to immerse myself in different cultures and broaden my perspective. Alongside my dedication to academics, I enjoy hobbies such as reading, baking and going out with my friends through culinary adventures.
