2026 E-Learning Advisor of the Year
– Beverly Glover Logan
Beverly “Bev” Logan serves as the E-Learning Advisor at West Charlotte High School, where she supports scholars in grades 9–12 as they work toward graduation. A proud public school graduate and veteran educator, Bev brings a clear, high-expectations approach to her role, challenging students to stay focused, accountable, and confident as they navigate virtual coursework. She combines encouragement with structure, helping students see what’s possible and guiding them toward steady progress.
Bev is known for her strong communication and advocacy, ensuring NCVPS teachers always have the information they need to support students effectively. She stays closely connected to student data, monitors outcomes carefully, and quickly shares updates when circumstances change. Colleagues describe her as kind, responsive, and deeply reliable—someone whose emails consistently brighten their day and strengthen collaboration between schools and NCVPS.
Bev’s work is grounded in service and connection. She has a gift for creating welcoming virtual spaces where students feel supported and capable, and she regularly connects scholars with additional content-area support when needed. Beyond the school day, her service as an ordained minister, chaplain, and community volunteer shapes her leadership and reinforces her belief that education is about making a meaningful difference.
“Joy is making a positive difference in the lives of others.” ~ Bev Logan
