NCVPS is aware of a rogue message popping up across Canvas. Please know, for one, this is not a reflection of anything NCVPS has done or did not do. This is a worldwide issue that the parent company, Instructure, is unfortunately facing.

The course of action for now is to please do the following:

  1. Do not submit help tickets at this time. We are aware and will update ALL as we receive updates.
  2. Log out of Canvas and clear all cache on the device you are using. See the steps to clear your browser’s cache.

We are in contact with DPI Communications and security teams and will advise on next steps. We also have a high-level ticket with Instructure, which many institutions are doing at this time.
