Meet Kelsie L.
“Taking an online course advanced my education because it gave me more responsibility having this on top of regular school work. It also required a little more dedication so I could understand it more easily.” –Kelsie L.
“Kelsie is in middle school and most of my other students in the class were in high school. Despite the amount of work she had to do, she managed to balance sports, school, and the course work. She always gave her best. She always stayed in touch with me to get help and never ever had a negative attitude. She was extremely hard working and didn’t submit anything that didn’t show her best effort in the course. I recommend Kelsie for the NCVPS Super Student Award with no hesitation!” —Zindy Wilfong, NCVPS Spanish Teacher
Advice to Online Students
My advice to other online students is to NOT put off things to the last minute. I found it to be easier to get most of the work done at the beginning of the week so I could start working ahead for the next week. It also provides you time to take a break from it for a day or two but be sure to read the announcements daily.
